“Gestión de procesos administrativos y su incidencia en la calidad del servicio y satisfacción de los usuarios de la EMAPAV – EP del cantón Valencia, año 2021”.

The objective of this research is to analyze the management by administrative processes and its impact on the quality of service and satisfaction of the users of the EMAPAV - EP in Valencia canton, year 2022. The elaboration of the investigative work began by making the general information, the description of the project, the justification, and the direct and indirect beneficiaries were specified. The research problem was analyzed from the macro, meso, and micro aspects; the diagnosis of the problem, its delimitation and formulation were elaborated. The activities and task system were carried out in relation to the stated objectives. The scientific-technical foundation was elaborated, specifying the background of the investigation, the fundamental categories, the theoretical and legal foundation. The scientific questions were answered to indicate the methodology used, the types of research, the techniques and instruments used, the research design, the characterization of the population and the sample. Once the previous aspects were developed, the interview and the survey were applied to the Manager and to the users of the company EMAPAV EP. With the obtained data, the proposal was elaborated by designing a management manual by administrative processes. Finally, the social, technical, and economic impact, the budget required for the development of the project, conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and annexes were elaborated.
