总结: | The present project, with the theme Organizational Culture and its Influence on Innovative Behavior in the Financial Sector, specifically in the Sumak Samy Savings and Credit Cooperative, whose objective is to determine the relationship between organizational culture and innovative behavior in the financial sector, for this research a quantitative approach was used with exploratory, descriptive, bibliographic and correlation research. The unit of study is 20 people representing the total number of collaborators of the Sumak Samy cooperative, to which tools such as the survey were applied for the collection of information, and truthful and reliable data. Two questionnaires were applied: for organizational culture, Denison (1990) and for innovative behavior, Janssen (2000). To determine the reliability of the instruments, the Cronbach alpha was used to obtain a result of 0.73 for organizational culture and 0.69 for innovative behavior, which indicates that both scales have an acceptable internal consistency, which means that the questions in each dimension are adequately related and reliably measure the constructs to be evaluated, thus visualizing that there is no low or high deficiency. The research concludes that it is necessary to improve the indicators of organizational culture and innovative behavior, therefore, it shows relevance in the improvement action to be applied in the Sumak Samy Savings and Loan Cooperative and improve these aspects. |
