Performing an analysis of the current situation of the company through the study of times and movements that is an essential part of knowing the times of the activities during the injection molding process to standardize the procedures and reduce the time in which the operations are carried out to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the organization. Depending on the times, standards are established, which helps to have adequate planning and be able to project to the future efficiently and effectively. In the company, it is intended to increase production, through a study of times and movements in the process of the injection molding of soles for footwear. Finally, the company will increase productivity, labor efficiency, economic efficiency, production capacity, cost, and time reduction with the proposal. The work process is improved and the times in the manufacturing of soles are reduced, so that the product reaches the market in the shortest possible time to be competitive, and in this way saving time and money. |

The work process is improved and the times in the manufacturing of soles are reduced, so that the product reaches the market in the shortest possible time to be competitive, and in this way saving time and money.El presente proyecto de investigación tiene la finalidad de realizar un estudio de tiempos y movimientos en el proceso de inyección para incrementar los niveles de producción de suelas para calzado en la empresa “PREPLAST”, en dicha empresa no existe un estudio previo que ayude a determinar tiempos estándares de producción, tiempos improductivos, tiempos de ciclo, tiempos suplementarios, optimizar el rendimiento de la maquinaria. Realizando un análisis de la situación actual de la empresa mediante el estudio de tiempos y movimientos que es la parte esencial para conocer los tiempos de las actividades del proceso de inyección para estandarizar los procesos y reducir el tiempo en que se efectúan las operaciones, con el propósito de incrementar la productividad y competitividad de la organización. En función de los tiempos se establece estándares lo que ayuda a tener una planificación adecuada y poder proyectarse al futuro de manera eficaz y eficiente. En la empresa, se pretende incrementar la producción, a través de un estudio de tiempos y movimientos en el proceso de inyección de suelas para calzado. Finalmente, con la propuesta establecida, aumentaran la productividad, la eficiencia de la mano de obra, la eficiencia económica, la capacidad de producción, la reducción de costos y tiempos.
