| Summary: | The main objective of this study is to evaluate the ergonomic risk factors in the chicken slaughtering area of the company "Pura Pechuga", the process begins with the identification of the ergonomic risk factors in the workstations, then the evaluation method endorsed by national and international ergonomic organizations appropriate to the needs of each workstation was determined, and then measure and evaluate the risks by means of the REBA methods, a very high risk level was determined with immediate intervention and OCRA determined a very high risk level. The application of these studies made it possible to propose control measures to reduce the level of ergonomic risk to operators in the "Pura Pechuga" chicken processing plant. |
