Crynodeb: | The parish of Aláquez is an area with natural resources that, unfortunately, are not well exploited, so it has been proposed to make a photographic-descriptive bird guide to make known the avifaunal species of the locality in such a way that reference aspects were taken as physical factors (soil, air, water), availability of nutrients and the type of vegetation. As the central part of the zoning of the study area, three zones were determined with different monitoring points. Among them, ZONE 1 comprised the lower part of Tandaliví with the following monitoring points: the banks of the Cutuchi river and the Hacienda San Francisco, ZONE 2 Laigua de Maldonado with its monitoring points: the stadium, park, and the Simón Rodríguez Educational Unit and ZONE 3 comprised the center of the parish of Aláquez delimited by its monitoring points the coliseum, church and the slopes of the sector in a timetable established from 6:00 a. m. to 10:00 a.m. and 15:00 until 19:00. After carrying out the respective search and registration of birds in the field trip, photographic evidence was obtained, which helped make the taxonomic cards and conclude with the photographic guide. A comparison was made in the zone using Sorensen's index, where the similarity between the zones was as follows: zone 1 (Tandaliví) - zone 2 (Laigua de Maldonado) with a similarity criterion of 72.72%, and 12 species in common, zone 1 (Tandaliví) - zone 3 (Aláquez) with a Sorensen index of 70.59% in similarity criterion and 12 species in common, while in the zones with the most significant similarity of species after performing the pairing of information zone 2 (Laigua de Maldonado) - zone 3 (Aláquez) a Sorensen index of 88.23% was obtained, where it was determined that due to the distance between these two zones there is the most remarkable similarity of species, where we found that it was the Trochilidae and Thraupidae families. We can also mention that there are birds typical of the ecosystem, such as the heron (Ardea alba), gull (Chroicoicoa alba), gull (Chroicocephalus serramus), and the duck (Anas georgica). In contrast, other birds have been forced to move to other places due to their ecosystem, such as the owl (Athene cinicularia) due to quarrying. Once the research had been systematized, a photographic guide of birds was produced using Canva as a computer editing tool. This guide contains 28 pages of photographs taken in the area, detailing the taxonomy and description, and is the result of the research obtained so that it can be used as a support and help in future research. Furthermore, in this way, make known the species that exist in the place to generate responsible tourism. |
