Sammanfattning:The research aims to develop sensory marketing strategies from neuromarketing tools used for reduction stress levels in the waiting room of Oxipie Podiatric Center. After have investigated bibliographic sources and identified elements of sensory marketing related to stress levels, strategies are proposed to solve the problems that arise in patients from perception in their senses. The methodology had a qualitative approach since a triangulation of data and quantitative was carried out by surveys application and biometric data such as electroencephalogram [EEG] presenting a quasi-experimental design. A study sample of 49 patients who have a clinical history and frequently attend the facility was considered. An observation sheet was applied to center environment and a questionnaire was used to the managers, who provided information in post to improve user’s emotional well-being of. On the other hand, the survey used questions with answers on a Likert scale, where participants had to rate their degree of satisfaction with respect to the auditory, olfactory, visual environment and stress levels in the waiting room. It was suggested to implement music with a frequency of 432Hz, exposed 50 and 60 decibels, also place a flavor with vanilla aroma, since it was determined as a fragrance that has relaxing effects. Visually, a planimetry was designed with colors improvement, lighting and decorative material.
