For this, a market study is carried out at the Historical Center area in Quito city, thus determining opportunities, risks, allies and opponents. In developing the market study at the consumer center the need to acquire the product is needed, because the local level is very small. In addition, the technical study concludes that the optimal location of the project is El Tejar neighborhood and la Victoria parish, which it provides the necessary conditions for the execution and development of this research without any problem, in the same way determines the cabuya derivatives production processes and commercialization in the most efficient way possible.... |
