The field work was carried out in the facilities of the “Villares” poultry farm. In a 25 m2 shed, four treatments were distributed, five repetitions with eight one-day-old birds, COBB-500 breed (males). A completely randomized design (DCA) with Tukey's test (P≤0.05) was used, where the various productive parameters were evaluated: Feed consumption (CA), Weight gain (GP), Feed conversion (CA), Yield to channel (CR), Profitability. The results were not significant (P> 0.05), in all its productive parameters. No mortality was recorded in any treatment. It is suggested to use artisan food (T1) because it allows increasing profitability. Keywords: Diet, fiber, profitability, protein, mortality. . |
