| Резюме: | Vegetable fats obtained from various plants and suitable for human consumption are extracted from edible seeds. These fats play a crucial role as an essential source of energy in the diet, in addition to providing essential fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins and other nutrients beneficial to health. This research project focuses on the study of locally produced oilseeds with the objective of obtaining food-grade fats. To achieve this purpose, an experiment was carried out involving three types of seeds: Soursop (Annona muricata), passion fruit (Passiflora edulis) and pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima), using three extraction methods. |
