Summary:Agro Veterinary Loor is a marketer of agricultural products Pichincha Canton, has years of experience and a variety of products that have a positive impact on agricultural production in the county. The overall objective of this research is to analyze the impact of the administrative and financial management on the profitability of Agro Veterinary Loor Pichincha Canton in 2014. For its part, the general hypothesis of this thesis seeks to answer how the administrative and financial management It has affected business performance. Information through surveys, interviews and compiled financial statements. The results found that 59.9% of customers think that this organization is leading, to 82.61%, the most effective means of communication for information is the radio. The 57.49% said that personal attention is very important, why maintains leadership. 64.73% say the growth of the company is the product of good management. The loan has reached 80.19% of customers with reasonable deadlines, which has led to the 70.05% of shoppers rate the credit policy as very good. 87.44% for the company has encouraged the agricultural development of the canton Pichincha. It was determined that the proper management of Veterinary Agro Loor has improved profitability and investment as 60% of employees, reflected in the financial statements and the reasonableness of these. The return on sales in 2014 reached 7.1%, higher than reported in the previous year of 2.3% percentage.
