Итог:The production of alcoholic beverages has been an activity linked to most cultures for millennia. In an empirical way, humans learned to channel the alcoholic fermentations of diverse substrates. In Ecuador, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is increasingly growing, with young people mainly being the main consumers of this product. The recent introduction to the market of industrialized alcoholic drinks prepared as a cocktail has been a "fashion" that provides great profits to the industrialists. The liquors can vary according to their flavors as in the way of preparation either through fermentation, distillation or infusion. There are fermented beverages with fruit flavors known vulgarly as wines, which must go through a long process causing many discomforts to obtain the final product, instead the alcoholic beverages that are to be elaborated consists of obtaining sugary solutions in combination with citrus fruits (orange and pineapple) and mix with ethanol and other ingredients that will be detailed later, this product is considered viable since there are multiple consumers of this type of beverages.
