إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The present investigation had as objective to execute an Audit of Administration to the subsystems of Planning, selection and capitation that it manages the Unit of Human talent of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of The Manna located in the street 27 of November between San Pablo and Manabí canton The Manna county of Cotopaxi. For the methodological procedure used in the administration audit four phases of the process they were developed: Phase I, understood the preliminary study the same one that was made in a few days and it consisted on gathering the basic and necessary general documentation of the decentralized Autonomous Government of The Manna and that it was good for a knowledge and general analysis of the institution; Phase II, planning where the memorando of planning was structured, audit programs for components; Phase III, Execution being deepened in the application of the detailed and specific programs by components being applied technical as observation, selective revision, comparison, inquiry and analysis, they got ready the respective papers of she/he brought, leaves of significant discoveries; and the Phase IV, communication of the results that consisted on the elaboration of the report in which you communicates the results of the audit. |
