总结:Isolation of efficient microorganisms from Rizosfera of forest species present in the Quevedo area such as Saman (Samanea saman), Pechiche (Vitex cymosa) y Guabo (Inga edulis) with emphasis on rhizobacteria of the genus Bacillus and Rhizobium. For the isolation of bacteria of the Bacillus genus the immersion technique of the samples in a water bath at 85 degrees centigrade in triplicate will be used, in the case of rhizobacteria of the genus Rhizobium YMA medium. Once these microorganisms are isolated from each of the forest species, the morphological characterization will be carried out, as well as the respective biochemical tests depending on the possible species to be characterized. The efficient microorganisms isolated from these species will be inoculated and evaluated in individual tests and consortiums on the seed germination and development of seedlings at nursery level Cleopatra mandarin (Citrus × reshni), a species of great interest to be used as rootstock or pattern due to its advantages such as: greater radical development and resistance to diseases and on which are grafted a variety of citrus species of commercial interest in the area. This will allow the determination of efficient microorganisms more promising for their application in the development of this type of plants as well as the forest species that presents the most effective efficient microorganisms. Keywords: Efficient microorganisms, forest species, Bacillus, Rhizobium, cleopatra mandarin, inoculation.
