Factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de leche de soya en envases de 250 ml. en la ciudad de Quevedo, año 2015

The present work shows viable quantitative technical elements for the creation of a producer of soy milk in the city of Quevedo, collected with relevant research techniques such as direct surveys of target market consumer. The abundant informality of supply of soymilk it motivates nascent formal companies that provide safety and consumer confidence in acquiring, developing a market analysis objective identified in 73% the level of product consumption in the population, quantified demand unsatisfied with calculations and technical references that defined the amount of the investment. The work shows the operating technical study of the new producer of soy milk, setting the plant size, location, machinery, labor, raw material and type of organization, key elements for determining the costs to a study comprehensive economic which established in $ 87,940 as initial investment. Structured financial analysis applied the established costs and provided a projected income statement, where they found $ 33,135 in net income in the first period of operation. The economic evaluation proved the viability of the business, because it generates an NPV of $ 59,400, the TIR supporting a debt ratio of up to 33%, in addition to 2 years 6 months the investment is recovered, additionally the cost benefit 1.31 shows that for every dollar the company earns a return of $ 0.31, all this evidence the economic benefits for investors or partners and is constituted as a real opportunity for profitable business.
