Shrnutí:Motivational strategies are factors that serve to encourage short and long term for people who work in an organization, also they serve as an important tool to improve the productivity of the organization, promoting an excellent relationship between partners and creating a harmonious environment where in every way communication flow from the highest office to their subordinates. This research seeks to increase motivational strategies in the educational unit San Carlos where together involving the human resources department to achieve achieve a healthy working environment for teachers in the educational unit San Carlos, with the only objective of increasing the positive development of all staff working in the school, and thus achieve significant progress in academic activities to be practically motivated. To carry out this research data that were observed to be accessed Education Unit San Carlos on several occasions and the application of the deductive method and already noted it was determined that in this educational establishment does not have strategies to motivate staff and took thus not being motivated teachers are not held in your workplace, likewise for better information gathering and survey interviews which allowed also corroborate the lack of a work climate more inconspicuous strategies were applied. Finally, we conclude with the completion of the research objectives such as the implementation of a FODA analysis, evaluation of job performance and finally the development of a plan of motivational strategies to improve work performance of teachers in the educational unit San Carlos.
