Necesidad de reformar la modalidad de la conducta penal en los delitos preterintecionales, en la legislación penal Ecuatoriana, estudios de casos en el cantón Huaquillas, en los años 211-2012.
As researchers and authors of the subject we try to propose to give a solution to this legal vacuum so that in the future are penalized and do not commit this type of crimes that directly affect the protected legal good that is protected by our current Constitution.
