总结:This study work developed in the canton of Arenillas, belonging to the province of El Oro, and aimed to determine the feasibility for the creation of a business producing and commercializing of chili paste. Chili paste is a product of high consumption in the country, has a widespread use it become the custom to use it as a complement in the majority of meals to enhance sauces and stews, as dressing, and seasoning. The tabasco pepper, constitute an excellent source of vitamin C, beating citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, Grapefruits, etc.) and beta-carotene, if eaten raw; and the differences of colors (and maturing) does not influence its nutritional contribution. Like all plants, peppers do not intake of fats or cholesterol. The objectives of this work of qualification are:  Develop a study of pre-feasibility to increase production and marketing and the tabasco chili paste  Perform market researchfor the marketing of tabasco chili paste product.  Define the location, size and engineering for the production of paste of pepper tabasco.  Develop a financial analysis to determine the profitability of proposed business. The application of survey to a sample of 376 people showed that 79% regularly eat chili in your meals. In terms of financial feasibility analysis was performed, and it was determined that type of entrepreneurship is fully cost-effective accepting the parameters proposed for its sustainability.
