Add Tag | Summary: | Job discrimination is a problem socio-economic that generates unemployment, persons holding judicial history are not contracted by public or private companies since there is a central body that this charge especially to persons who have committed an offence and have already been sanctioned and want to reintegrate to society this organization can help them that they do not suffer from job discrimination and those companies are sanctioned by the Commission of this crime, as well as our work of thesis and research with the aim that the State will adopt programs of vocational rehabilitation to persons who are serving a sentence, or by your Judicial past are not discriminated against and are reintegrated to any public entity as a State policy. Currently the city of Machala is affected and there are number of people who are unemployed for possessing judicial history and this threaten the right to work which the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador guarantees it, and everyone has that right to the good life. This investigative work is the result of our career of law in order to provide knowledge, ideas, create and find solutions to this social problem as the subject implies "discrimination by own JUDICIAL history in the city of MACAHAL in the year 2013 - 2014" therefore there is an organism that check and adjust it in a responsible way. This social problem involves not only unemployment but to different social problems as it is poverty and lead to that person not to rehabilitate it, but that remains part of people that are going to commit crimes such as robbery, assault and murder in order to keep your household, no doubt any is a problem economic partner which must be studied treated and solved with the proposal that we have raised in our thesis work, so this vicious cycle comes to an end and they have opportunities, equal rights in the society such as the right to work and the good life . |
