Shrnutí:The purpose this investigation is to determine the percentages of dehydration shrimp investigativamente establish the economic losses caused by post-harvest dehydration shrimp. Three treatments were evaluated each of twos shrimp populations, and packing for weight determine if there are significant differences. In the first treatment sing index numbers to the measures we have found that the percentage differences between weights in the caveat most shrimp taken from the twos shrimp populations and packing’s 5.3%.
