Plan de gestión para aplicación de normas de seguridad y salud en empresas constructoras

This research identifies the risk factors and at the same time analyzes the consequences in terms of occupational safety and health of workers, taking as reference the construction companies that are dedicated to the construction of buildings for residential use, in which Identified the occupational hazards to which workers are exposed, in the absence of a culture of knowledge and application of safety standards in construction. The research is centered in a qualitative approach of the company since it is focused to standardize the components that conform the proposed methodology creating a process of application of norms of security, with very clear control guidelines, from a multidisciplinary point of view that complies with Social, organizational and institutional factors in order to minimize labor accidents. The present document carries out an investigation using as reference frame the company Constructor CONSTRU VALREY Cía. Ltda. In terms of the application of the existing safety regulations, which allows the development of a management plan with a proposed methodology for the execution of civil works. In this research, three theories were revised which, although it is true, present similarities, which allowed the researcher to choose, based on the same ones, to propose a management plan of his own, focused on the administration system and the fulfillment of objectives in each one of the Elements that compose it, under rigorous guidelines to reach the main objective.
