Ամփոփում:The present study aimed to compare two methods of teaching medical students and teachers to acquire skills in respiratory clinical semiology, the study is descriptive, prospective, comparative, cross-type focus. The instrument used was a survey of 52 students who received training through traditional methodology (Group A) and 60 students who received a workshop simulation respiratory symptomatology (Group B). According to the Likert scale, the results were in the traditional way teachers and students were "satisfied" (3.45 / 5 and 3.00 / 5 respectively). With the simulation students and teachers were "very satisfied" (4.65 / 5 and 4.34 / 5 respectively). Among the advantages and disadvantages greater acceptance by the simulation evidence. In conclusion, the degree of satisfaction with education was obtained through clinical simulation students and teachers was higher than that obtained with the traditional method.
