Achoimre:This study let us know the seventh grade teachers and students’ opinion about CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT AND SCHOOL SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT is achieved by highly qualified and experienced teachers, with a third level degrees and who are working at Unidad Educativa Ecuatoriano Suizo, located in the north of Quito, which students are in an upper middle social class according to their incomes, contrasting with others which professionally have the same characteristics but in a different environment where the students come from lower middle social class families with less incomes attending to Escuela Fiscal Pío Jaramillo Alvarado located in the Parish El Quinche. Through the analytic-synthetic method, adductive – deductive, statistical and hermeneutical and by some techniques like reading, graphic organizers, observation and polls, I prove this theory. The research concluded that the named teachers characterized for their experience and professional training, balance the rules of the institution and those in the classroom, creating a very nice classroom environment with the disadvantage that the investigated institutions do not have updated bibliographical and technological material. As a solution, it is proposed a project allowing us to apply cooperative work and update teachers in the computer, facilitating the use of TICS in their teaching.
