总结: | Knowledge and Human Resource Coordinator Ministry has the need to update its current model of management due to the incorporation of the National System of Culture and Heritage. When there is a legal structure that gives new responsibilities and attributions to the institution. It is extremely important that it adopts a management model that allows correct articulation of intersectoral policies in order to achieve optimal actual situation between all coordination axes. The proposed management model is structured based on the key roles to be fulfilled by the Ministry as an institution to coordinate policies and actions that would be executed by the various institutions. The incorporation of the National System of Culture and Heritage is essential to arrange public policies, programs and projects of the Knowledge Sector because it is strengthening all levels of education for fully contribute to meeting national policies framed in the National Plan for Good Living. |
