| Tóm tắt: | The research takes a strategic approach to communication planning, specifically the functions of measurement and evaluation, through an exploratory descriptive study to determine the impact of communicative actions on organizational objectives. It is analyzed by applying the model Communication Management Bridge the communication program "The Governor Reports" that institution launched in 2013, finding that management communication occupies an important place in the institution, but yet not have with the necessary financial resources to efficiently achieve their objectives. |
