Summary:This document contains information of the billing process for water service with the details of the objectives of each of its threads, its responsible and its scope, etc. This information identifies exposure to risk, analyze its causes and consequences in the implementation process, determining the probability of occurrence of events and the impact generated; in order to efficiently manage the associated risk and avoid / mitigate / eliminate its materialization in the minimum level according with business requirements. Considering that Interagua C.Ltda. is a company aligned with best practices and compliance of ISO practices, moreover the executive´s awareness on risk management specially at the key process "Billing" discussed in this project, using the framework of ISO31000: 2009 standard with an integrated approach to risk, it will be possible to obtain adequate information for risk treatment to strengthen the control environment and continuous improvement.
