The process management model is an important tool because it standardizes and improves the processes that take place daily in Sí Vivienda-EP, the results will be reflected in the quality of products and / or services received by clients in the institutional efficiency and competitiveness. For the definition of the processes a series of steps that helped to determine and structure the activities, sub-processes and macro processes, based on the needs of the institution and the current legislation, allowing to obtain documented record, procedure and flowchart continued each process whereby If Sí Vivienda-EP have a guide that can increase levels of productivity and organizational efficiency. |
