El presente estudio tiene como objetivo optimizar las técnicas de perforación que ayuden a reducir los tiempos durante las operaciones de perforación de pozos direccionales tipo “J” y “S” en el campo Sacha, para lo cual se utilizaron datos actualizados y reales de los pozos perforados, lo que ayudará a determinar las mejores prácticas para disminuir los tiempos y costos finales en la perforación de pozos del campo Sacha. Se describe al campo Sacha geográfica, geológica y petrofísicamente, para entender el comportamiento de las diferentes estructuras geológicas que se atravesarán durante la perforación, para alcanzar los objetivos se realizara, un análisis técnico de las variables que influyen en el rendimiento de las operaciones de perforación. El análisis se basa en el comportamiento de los ensamblajes de fondo, brocas de perforación, propiedades del fluido que ayudaron al mejor desempeño de la perforación, para así llegar a determinar y proponer las medidas técnicas más apropiadas que nos permitan optimizar la perforación de futuros pozos.
The present study aims to optimize drilling techniques that help to reduce the time during directional drilling wells type "J" and type "S" in the Sacha field, for this reason real and current data is taken of drilled wells, which will help to identify best practices to reduce the time and final costs in drilling wells in Sacha field. It describes the geographical, geological and petrophysical Sacha field, to understand the behavior of the different geological structures that pass through during drilling, to achieve the objectives are realized, a technical analysis of the variables that influence the performance of drilling operations. The analysis is based on the behavior of the bottom hole assembly, drill bits, fluid properties that helping to better drilling performance in order to be able to determine and propose the most appropriate technical measures that allow us to optimize future drilling wells.
