Diagnóstico de la situación actual y perspectivas de producción de quinua en el Ecuador

Description: La quinua a pesar de poseer buenas cualidades agronómicas y nutricionales, no ha recibido la atención necesaria y ha quedado al margen de cualquier tipo de estudio. La información que se tiene sobre el cultivo en el país es muy limitada, por lo que es necesario realizar investigaciones que permitan un conocimiento profundo sobre todos los aspectos del cultivo. La realización de este trabajo permitirá efectuar otros que se ajusten a las necesidades reales del agricultor, por lo que se enfocó los aspectos agrosocioeconómicos y de comercialización más importantes con el fin de encontrar alternativas y perspectivas de producción.
