Caracterización morfoagronómica de la colección de uvilla (Physalis peruviana L.) del banco de germoplasma del INIAP, Ecuador

Esta investigación tuvo efecto en campo, y el desarrollo de la caracterización morfoagronómica de la colección nacional de uvilla (Physa/is peruviana L.), se generó en la Granja de Fruticultura del INIAP - Tumbaco, que entre sus características agro ecológicas presenta; una longitud de 78°24’ O, una latitud de 0o 13’ S, esta ubicada a 2 3 4 8m.s.n.m, oscila en un Temperatura media anual de 17,2° C y una Humedad relativa de 75,2%. Se caracterizó 44 accesiones de uvilla que fueron colectadas en las zonas norte, centro y sur en la Sierra Ecuatoriana, se utilizó 65 descriptores tanto morfológicos como agronómicos, que fueron analizados con el paquete estadístico SAS, obteniendo una matriz de similitud de distancias genéticas a través del algoritmo de Gower, que analizadas con el agolpamiento de Ward generó un Dendrograma conformado por siete goipos, siete morfotipos y 16 subgoipos que se encuentran dentro de los grupos mencionados, determinado de esta forma una relación estrecha entre cada una de las accesiones.
This investigation had effect in field, and the development of the characterization morphoagronomical of the national collection of uvilla (PhysaJis peruviana L.), it was generated in the Farm experimental o f Fruits of the INIAP - Tumbaco that its ecological characteristic agriculture enters presents; a longitude of 78°24' W, a 0° latitude 13' S, this located at 2348 m.s.n.m, it oscillates in an annual half Temperature of 17,2° C and a relative Humidity of 75,2%. It was characterized 44 uvilla agreements that were collected in the areas north, center and south in the Sierra Ecuadorian, it was used 65 describers so much morphological as agronomic that were analyzed with the statistical package SAS, obtaining a womb of similarity of genetic distances through the algorithm of Gower that analyzed with the cluster of Ward a Dendrograma it generated conformed by seven groups, seven morfotipos and 16 subgroups that are inside the mentioned groups, certain this way a narrow relationship among each one of the agreements.
