El presente trabajo de investigación es para validad y evaluar la aplicación web VisualWebMedia, que tiene como propósito principal de servir como soporte para la enseñanza de conceptos básicos de programación estructurada. Asimismo, para medir el aprendizaje de los conceptos básicos de programación estructurada, se realizaron dos grupos uno de control y otro experimental con la finalidad de establecer si el uso de la aplicación web mejora con respecto al grupo de control, que no usa esta aplicación web. Tras su aplicación se evidenció, que el grupo experimental mejoró significativamente su aprendizaje de conceptos básicos. Mientras la evaluación de la aplicación, se midió en base a la accesibilidad, identidad, factibilidad y usabilidad, se evidencio en términos normales el funcionamiento de la aplicación web. Por ser una herramienta innovadora de transformación educativa fue demostrado a estudiantes de la Carrera de Análisis de Sistemas del Instituto Tecnológico Superior Aloasí, para su uso en la mejora del aprendizaje de conceptos básicos en cualquier asignatura de programación.
The present research work is for validity and evaluation of the web application VisualWebMedia, whose main purpose is to serve as a support for the teaching of basic concepts of structured programming. Also, to measure the learning of the basic concepts of structured programming, two control groups and one experimental group were made in order to establish if the use of the web application improves with respect to the control group, which does not use this web application. After its application was evidenced, that the experimental group significantly improved its learning of basic concepts. While the evaluation of the application was measured on the basis of accessibility, identity, feasibility and usability, it was evident in normal terms the operation of the web application. As an innovative tool for educational transformation, it was demonstrated to students of the System Analysis Career of the Aloasí Higher Technological Institute for its use in improving the learning of basic concepts in any subject of programming.
