El concepto de tercer lugar, tiene como base la preocupación en la creación de espacios para el ser humano, donde este permite el desarrollo integral de forma corporal y espiritual y una vinculación de convivencia con la comunidad, siendo este contado después de la vivienda o el espacio de trabajo. El objetivo del presente trabajo es conceptualizar un espacio, que permita el desarrollo y el uso del derecho que el ser humano posee al descaso y según lo que ampara la Constitución del Ecuador al ocio. La metodología en la que se basa el desarrolla la propuesta en en base al método proyectual de Bernd Löbach, que posee una estructura ordenada y pasos de retroalimentación. Cada una de las fases permite generar el avance a la propuesta de manera ordenada y sistemática. Dando lugar a una propuesta que sea producida bajo el concepto de tercer lugar, lo que permite crear espacios apegados al confort, a la necesidad del ser humano a la integración social y comunitaria, espacios renovados.
The concept of the third place takes the worry as a base in the creation of spaces for the human being, where this one allows the integral development, of corporal and spiritual form and an entail of conviviality with the community, being this counted after the housing or the working space. The aim of the present work is to conceptualize and to obtain a space, which allows the development and the use of the right that the human being possesses to I disarrange and according to what protects the Constitution of the Ecuador to the leisure. The methodology in the one that bases develops the offer in on the basis of the method proyectual of Bernd Löbach, which possesses a tidy structure and steps of feedback. Each of the phases allows to generate the advance to the offer of a tidy and systematic way. Giving place to an offer that is produced under the concept of the third place, which allows to create spaces attached to the comfort, to the need of the human being to the social and community integration, renewed spaces.
