El mundo de las decisiones empresariales en todo su contexto, comprende múltiples enfoques y análisis interpretativos, siendo su insumo base la información. Por lo tanto, los resultados económicos y financieros que se logran en una empresa dependen en gran medida de cada una de sus decisiones financieras y, estas a su vez, son el fruto de una información contable y financiera de alta calidad. El presente artículo despliega evidencias de un primer acercamiento a la demostración de la existencia de vacíos en las normas contables. Investigación que fue realizada en el primer semestre del año 2016 a la información contable y financiera de las PYMES del Ecuador, con el objetivo de analizar el impacto que esto ocasiona, en el análisis crediticio que realiza el sistema bancario.
The world of business decisions in all its context, comprises multiple approaches and interpretive analysis, being its information base information. Therefore, the economic and financial results achieved in a company depend to a large extent on each of its financial decisions and, in turn, are the fruit of high quality accounting and financial information. The present article displays evidence of a first approach to the demonstration of the existence of gaps in accounting standards. This research was carried out in the first half of 2016 on the accounting and financial information of Ecuadorian SMEs, with the objective of analyzing the impact of this on the credit analysis carried out by the banking system.
