La educaci?n con los m?s peque?os requiere formar grandes l?deres, y uno con mejor liderazgo que otro, pero reflexionemos en la ense?anza que nos dejan los ni?os en torno al verdadero liderazgo. En el rol de investigadores y docentes interesados en la educaci?n inicial es importante compartir la reflexi?n a partir de la experiencia de observar c?mo se construye el car?cter de un l?der. Gardner y Laskin (1998) consideran que la mente l?der en los ni?os y ni?as se desarrolla por la inteligencia personal que desenvuelven los infantes a trav?s de la habilidad para llegar a otros y afectarlos. Esto va acompa?ado de un alto grado de inteligencia ling??stica que conforma una mente l?der en los m?s peque?os, la cual combina a la comunicaci?n y acciones personales que atrae a los seguidores. Esto se desarrolla por la naturaleza del ni?o al actuar, pensar y sentir desde su proceso, al organizar, guiar, inventar, proponer, crear y todo esto se observa en la din?mica natural del juego. El ni?o l?der motiva y provoca esa interacci?n en los dem?s infantes.
