Los cuatro jinetes apocal?pticos cabalgan en un mundo que experimenta un malestar profundo, como lo llamo Freud, Unbehagen in der kultur, que se extiende como un mar de decepci?n, la decepci?n del Capitalismo Liberal despu?s de haber celebrado a finales del siglo pasado la ca?da del muro de Berl?n y el comienzo de un mundo unipolar, sin oposici?n, sin otros mundos, sin alternativas, y que en Am?rica Latina y el Caribe se extiende con la fuerte arremetida del Neoliberalismo bajo el signo de lo inevitable e inargumentable. Esta decepci?n del mundo Neoliberal, se justifica ir?nicamente porque se le acusa a los gobiernos anteriores de haber tenido un modelo econ?mico no sostenible y limitando las libertades. La construcci?n de la UNAE dedicada a la formaci?n de maestros es un privilegio en el que la vida nos ha puesto a todos y cada uno de nosotros. Se trata de un sue?o hecho realidad, un sue?o del pueblo ecuatoriano plasmado en la constituci?n del 2008. Este sue?o debemos seguir construy?ndolo. Las condiciones materiales son ?nicas en el mundo, y quiz?s unos pocos y una vez en la vida tenemos este privilegio, por eso no nos dejemos aburguesar, que nos dividan nuestros egos, las visiones cerradas, los l?mites de nuestra cultura. The four apocalyptic riders ride in a world that experiences a deep discomfort, as I call it Freud, Unbehagen in der Kultur, which extends like a sea of disappointment, the disappointment of Liberal Capitalism after having celebrated at the end of the last century the Fall of the Berlin Wall and the beginning of a unipolar world, without opposition, without other worlds, without alternatives, and that in Latin America and the Caribbean extends with the strong onslaught of neoliberalism under the sign of the inevitable and unarguable. This disappointment in the Neoliberal world is ironically justified because previous governments are accused of having an unsustainable economic model and limiting freedoms. The construction of the UNAE dedicated to teacher training is a privilege in which life has put us each and every one of us. It is a dream come true, a dream of the Ecuadorian people embodied in the Constitution of 2008. This dream we must continue to building. The material conditions are unique in the world, and perhaps a few and once in a lifetime we have this privilege, so let us not be aburguesar, let our egos, the closed visions, the limits of our culture.
