El presente trabajo de fin de master constituye una recopilaci?n de las actividades realizadas con los estudiantes del tercer a?o de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa T?cnica ?Mitad del Mundo?, el mismo que comprende la implementaci?n de una unidad did?ctica sobre los Yacimientos Arqueol?gicos del Ecuador poniendo especial ?nfasis en aquellos que se encuentran m?s cercanos a nuestra instituci?n educativa y dentro de la provincia de Pichincha tales como: el Pucar? de Rumicucho, el Cerro Catequilla y el Parque Arqueol?gico Cochasqu? sitios que guardan una rica historia de la cultura Quitu-Car asentada en estos sitios mucho antes de la invasi?n inc?sica y la conquista espa?ola y que han despertado el inter?s por descubrir sus misterios, su legado cultural y la forma de organizaci?n social basada en la comunidad y la tenencia de la tierra; a partir de la informaci?n recolectada y las actividades desarrolladas en el sitio junto con los estudiantes podremos realizar el contraste de esta investigaci?n con las hip?tesis ya existentes acerca de su forma de vida, la ocupaci?n del ?rea geogr?fica y de las construcciones monumentales y milenarias hechas en forma de pir?mide terrazas y discos l?ticos que a?n se conservan en buenas condiciones pese al paso de los a?os y constituyen parte del patrimonio cultural.
The present end-of-master project is a compilation of the activities carried out with the students of the third year of the baccalaureate of the Technical Education Unit "Mitad del Mundo", which includes the implementation of a didactic unit on the Archaeological Sites of Ecuador placing special emphasis on those who are closest to our educational institution and within the province of Pichincha such as: the Pucar? de Rumicucho, the Cerro Catequilla and the Cochasqu? Archaeological Park sites that keep a rich history of the settled Quitu-Car culture in these places long before the Inca invasion and the Spanish conquest and that have awakened the interest to discover their mysteries, their cultural legacy and the form of social organization based on community and land tenure; From the information collected and the activities developed on the site together with the students we can make the contrast of this research with existing hypotheses about their way of life, the occupation of the geographical area and the monumental and millenary constructions made in form of pyramid terraces and lithic discs that are still in good condition despite the passage of time and are part of the cultural heritage.
