Este trabajo de fin de m?ster se lo realiz? en la Escuela de Educaci?n B?sica Roberto Esp?ndola Maldonado ubicado en el cant?n Milagro - Ecuador, en los estudiantes de Sexto grado paralelo "B", pues se considera que la orientaci?n vocacional es un proceso de ayuda que se desarrolla en el transcurso de la vida de la persona. La orientaci?n le permite al estudiante tomar decisiones vocacionales m?s acordes a la realidad de su entorno. La tutor?a y las diferentes disciplinas o asignaturas son los espacios adecuados para implementar los programas y propuestas. Es preocupante observar a estudiantes que llegan al bachillerato sin tener al menos noci?n de sus gustos y preferencias para poder elegir una carrera profesional, es por ello que el objetivo general se ha centrado en contribuir al desarrollo de la madurez vocacional, mediante un programa de orientaci?n para que tengan un conocimiento profundo del mundo profesional. Concluyo indicando que se estableci? una unidad did?ctica que incluye un Plan tutorial detallando cada una de las actividades que se consideran importantes para los estudiantes de primaria cambiando as? el pensamiento respecto a su futuro profesional y de esa manera contribuir a la mejora de su calidad de vida.
This master's thesis was carried out at the Roberto Esp?ndola Maldonado School of Basic Education located in the canton of Milagro - Ecuador, in the sixth grade students in parallel "B", since it is considered that vocational guidance is a process of help that it develops in the course of the person's life. The orientation allows the student to make vocational decisions more in line with the reality of their environment. Tutoring and the different disciplines or subjects are the appropriate spaces to implement the programs and proposals. It is worrisome to observe students who reach the baccalaureate without having at least notion of their tastes and preferences to be able to choose a professional career, which is why the general objective has been focused on contributing to the development of vocational maturity, through an orientation program so that they have a deep knowledge of the professional world. I conclude by stating that a didactic unit was established that includes a tutorial plan detailing each of the activities that are considered important for elementary students, thus changing the thinking about their professional future and thus contributing to the improvement of their quality of life.
