El presente trabajo titulado: ?Iniciaci?n a la lectura con la utilizaci?n de los cuentos infantiles en ni?os de 3 a 4 a?os de la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Sayaus??, tiene como objetivo general contribuir a la iniciaci?n de la lectura a trav?s de la utilizaci?n de cuentos infantiles en ni?os de 3 a 4 a?os de edad de la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Sayaus? Cuenca-Ecuador, pues, seg?n lo observado en las pr?cticas preprofesionales la docente utiliza los cuentos como herramienta de ense?anza-aprendizaje por lo que, se puso en pr?ctica en esta investigaci?n. Los referentes te?ricos usados en la investigaci?n aportan conceptos concisos acerca de la iniciaci?n a la pre-lectura y los cuentos infantiles, los mismos que ayudan al aprendizaje del ni?o. As? mismo, se emple? la investigaci?n acci?n como m?todo, tiene un enfoque cualitativo y un paradigma socio-cr?tico. Se utilizaron como t?cnicas e instrumentos los diarios de campo, la observaci?n participante, lista de cotejo, entrevistas y formularios. El principal resultado de esta investigaci?n fue el dise?o y aplicaci?n de actividades para que los ni?os tengan un acercamiento a la lectura mediante los cuentos infantiles. Finalmente, una de las conclusiones principales fue elaborar una propuesta con ciertos cuentos infantiles, para dar paso a la iniciaci?n de la lectura, teniendo presente que no se trata realmente de que un ni?o lea a trav?s de un escrito, sino m?s bien que mediante lo que va escuchando y observando en pictogramas, asimile a lo que quiere llegar, la moraleja del cuento; adem?s, de desarrollar su creatividad e imaginaci?n.
The present work entitled: "Initiation to pre-reading with the use of children's stories in children from 3 to 4 years of the Sayaus? Millennium Educational Unit", has as a general objective to contribute to the initiation of pre-reading through of the use of children's stories in children from 3 to 4 years of age of the Educational Unit of the Milenio Sayaus? Cuenca-Ecuador, because, according to what was observed in the pre-professional practices, the teacher uses the stories as a teaching-learning tool for which was used in this research. The theoretical references used in the research provide concise concepts about the initiation to pre-reading and children's stories, the same ones that help the child's learning. Likewise, action research was used as a method, it has a qualitative approach and a socio-critical paradigm. Field diaries, participant observation, checklist, interviews and forms were used as techniques and instruments. The main result of this research was the design and application of activities so that children have an approach to pre-reading through children's stories. Finally, one of the main conclusions was to develop a proposal with certain children's stories, to give way to the initiation of pre-reading, bearing in mind that it is not really about a child reading through a written document, but rather that through what you are listening to and observing in pictograms, assimilate what you want to reach, the moral of the story; In addition, to develop their creativity and imagination.
