La calidad de la educaci?n es, hoy en d?a, lo que prima en los planes de los responsables de la educaci?n, en las pol?ticas y en los principios de la LOEI: estos responden a la actual sociedad del conocimiento y a la era digital en la que nos desenvolvemos. Por esta raz?n, se presenta la siguiente investigaci?n cuyo objetivo pretende valorar el cumplimiento de los est?ndares de la gesti?n escolar en la dimensi?n de gesti?n administrativa en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Oswaldo Guayasam?n, mediante la aplicaci?n de una matriz de evaluaci?n externa y as? conocer los avances que ha tenido la instituci?n educativa. El proceso metodol?gico responde a una investigaci?n cualitativa, a trav?s del estudio de caso. La recolecci?n de informaci?n se obtuvo de diversas fuentes: observaci?n, an?lisis de contenido entrevista y la revisi?n bibliogr?fica. La presente investigaci?n permiti? determinar el estado situacional de la instituci?n y comparar con los resultados de la auditoria del 2018, ya que al finalizar la evaluaci?n externa se detect? que los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la instituci?n educativa ha mejorado en algunos aspectos, obteniendo una evaluaci?n del 50% correspondiente al color amarillo, sin embargo a?n mantienen est?ndares en estado de alerta y en proceso, por lo tanto, las autoridades deber?n implementar procesos de monitoreo y seguimiento, es decir, realizar la evaluaci?n interna peri?dicamente con el prop?sito de alcanzar la calidad educativa.
The quality of education is, nowadays, what prevails in the plans of those responsible for education, in the policies and in the principles of the LOEI: these respond to the current knowledge society and the digital age in which we unfold. For this reason, the following investigation is presented, the objective of which is to assess compliance with the standards of school management in the administrative management dimension in the Oswaldo Guayasam?n Fiscal Educational Unit, through the application of an external evaluation matrix and thus know the progress that the educational institution has had. The methodological process responds to a qualitative investigation, through the case study. The information collection was obtained from various sources: observation, content analysis, interview, and bibliographic review. This research allowed to determine the situational status of the institution and compare with the results of the 2018 audit, since at the end of the external evaluation it was detected that the results obtained show that the educational institution has improved in some aspects, obtaining an evaluation of the 50% corresponding to the yellow color, however they still maintain standards in a state of alert and in process, therefore, the authorities must implement monitoring and follow-up processes, that is, carry out the internal evaluation periodically in order to achieve educational quality .
