SATISFACCIÓN MATERNA SOBRE LA TELEORIENTACIÓN BRINDADA POR LA ENFERMERA ACERCA DE LA SUPLEMENTACIÓN CON HIERRO

Introducción: Durante el estado de emergencia por la pandemia COVID-19 la vulnerabilidad de los niños con diagnóstico de anemia ferropénica constituye una prioridad en el sistema de salud, con la aplicación de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TICs) para garantizar el proceso de atención, monitoreo y seguimiento. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de satisfacción materna sobre la teleorientación brindada por la enfermera acerca de la suplementación con hierro en un centro materno infantil. Métodos: investigación observacional, descriptiva, de corte transversal con muestreo no probabilístico de 45 madres con niños entre 6 a 35 meses de edad. Se utilizó instrumento de satasifacción materna mediante el juicio de expertos a través del coeficiente de validez de contenido (CVC) de 0.8193, confiabilidad con alfa de Cronbach de 0.827. Resultados: Del total de madres encuestadas el 51.10% presentaron un nivel alto de satisfacción respecto a la teleorientación que brinda la enfermera sobre la suplementación con hierro, en los componentes técnico-científico 57.80% e “interpersonal” 71.10%; sin embargo, en el componente “entorno tecnológico” tuvieron un nivel medio de satisfacción 71.10%, seguido de un nivel bajo 24.40%. Conclusiones: La mayoría de las madres tienen un alto nivel de satisfacción sobre la teleorientación brindada por la enfermera, predominó un nivel alto en el componente técnico-científico y el componente interpersonal; sin embargo, el componente con mayor porcentaje de nivel medio seguido de un nivel bajo fue el entorno tecnológico, en el cual se evidencia que no todos cuentan con recursos tecnológicos y que aún no se están empleando las herramientas adecuadamente para fortalecer la información brindada por la enfermera. ABSTRACT Introduction: During the state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the vulnerability of children diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia constitutes a priority in the health system, with the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to guarantee the process care, monitoring and follow-up. Objective: To determine the level of maternal satisfaction about the teleorientation provided by the nurse about iron supplementation in a maternal and child center. Methods: observational, descriptive, cross-sectional research with non-probabilistic sampling of 45 mothers with children between 6 and 35 months of age. A maternal satasifaction instrument was used through the judgment of experts through the content validity coefficient (CVC) of 0.8193, reliability with Cronbach's alpha of 0.827 Results: Of the total of mothers surveyed, 51.10% presented a high level of satisfaction with respect to the remote orientation provided by the nurse on iron supplementation, in the "technical-scientific" components 57.80% and "interpersonal" 71.10%; However, in the “technological environment” component they had an average satisfaction level of 71.10%, followed by a low level of 24.40%.
