The working environment as a catalyst for organizational efficiency

Description: In recent years, it has been done a several amount of studies about working environment. Working environment is, by definition, a set of perceptions shared by workers from the same workplace. This research is focused on studying the relationship between the working environment and different variables of educative organizations. The sample is constituted by 649 educational workers with an average age of 51.9 years old and a standard deviation of 6.28. The results revealed that, working environment in team-works is influenced by the social support perceived by workers.
En los últimos años se han realizado gran cantidad de investigaciones para estudiar el clima organizacional. El clima laboral es un conjunto de percepciones que comparten los trabajadores de un determinado ámbito laboral. Esta investigación trata de estudiar la relación entre clima y algunas variables de centros educativos. La muestra está formada por 649 trabaj adores del ámbito educativo con una media de edad de 51,9 años y una desviación típica de 6,28. Los resultados revelaron que, tal como se esperaba, el clima laboral en el trabajo de un equipo juega un importante rol al lado del apoyo social percibido por los trabajadores.
