The goal of a management application is to maximize the utilization of network resources whilst maintaining an agreed level of QoS to users of the network. Basically, in order to determine Call Acceptance criteria at VP entry points, in order to maximize the proportion of successful connection attempts by optimizing the bandwidth allocated to VPs and the routing of VPs.
