The Commercial Heavy-lift Orbital Refueling Depot (CHORD) is a private mission proposed by Reliable Refuels to provide economically feasible orbital refueling for deep space missions. By decoupling argo/propellant from the dry bus, CHORD will enable much higher mass payloads such as those necessary to complete manned missions to Mars or deep space robotic landings. This report summarizes our mission motivation, proposed business model and space system design.
