PROPUESTA DE INTERVENCI?N EDUCATIVA SOBRE EL RIESGO PRECONCEPCIONAL EN MUJERES EN EDAD F?RTIL DE LA COMUNIDAD NUEVA ESPERANZA. NAPO, JUNIO 2015-JUNIO 2016.

The preconceptional risk establishes that women of childbearing age who are not pregnant have an increased possibility of suffering damage to their health and / or their future child, according to the presence of conditions and certain risk factors. In Ecuador, the numbers of women of childbearing age who become pregnant without prior preconception preparation are still high, and in our study community, it was the main problem identified in the Situational Health Analysis. For these reasons, an investigation was carried out with the purpose of elaborating an intervention based on the relationship between the socio-demographic variables and the knowledge about the preconception risk factors in the women of childbearing age of the Nueva Esperanza community in the June period 2015 to June 2016. It was a research of technological development, non-experimental cross-sectional, descriptive, inferential, the universe was constituted by 125 women of fertile age chosen non-randomly by sample of convenience. The data collection was done through a survey created and validated applied to women of childbearing age measuring the knowledge on the subject treated. The information processing showed that knowledge about risk factors was inadequate with 60.8% showing a greater ignorance of the subject, while those with 39.2% showed a very low level, with a direct interference with the educational process Reflected with 43.2% who had a high school education. In conclusion, the level of knowledge about the risk factors of women of childbearing age in the Nueva Esperanza community was inadequate. Therefore, the implementation of this educational plan in this vulnerable group is recommended.
En la presente investigaci?n se dise?? una propuesta de intervenci?n educativa sobre los factores de riesgo preconcepcional en las mujeres en edad f?rtil de la comunidad Nueva Esperanza en el periodo junio 2015 a junio 2016. Se realiz? una investigaci?n de desarrollo tecnol?gico, no experimental de corte transversal, descriptiva e inferencial, con un universo de 125 mujeres en edad f?rtil que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusi?n y exclusi?n. La recolecci?n de datos fue a trav?s de una encuesta aplicada para conocer datos sociodemogr?ficos y conocimiento de las mujeres en edad f?rtil sobre riesgo preconcepcional. El procesamiento de la informaci?n mostr? que el conocimiento sobre factores de riesgo fue inadecuado con el 60,8% mostrando un mayor desconocimiento del tema mientras que los adecuados con el 39,2% muestran un nivel muy bajo, con una injerencia directa el proceso educativo reflejado con el 43,2 % que tuvieron educaci?n media. El grupo etario que predomin? en el estudio fue de 20 a 35 a?os con pareja. El nivel de escolaridad medio bajo prevaleci? sobre el nivel superior. Fueron m?s frecuentes las mujeres con antecedentes de embarazo de uno y tres hijos y el aborto se recalc? en las mayores de 35 a?os. Se concluy? que las mujeres encuestadas mostraron conocimientos inadecuados sobre esta problem?tica reflejando la necesidad de elaborar una estrategia de intervenci?n educativa. Se recomienda la aplicaci?n de la estrategia para elevar el conocimiento sobre el riesgo preconcepcional para mejorar la calidad de vida de las moradoras de la comunidad.
