This study involves the analysis and selection of the ideal system for treating waste water in a mountainous region with approximately 2.000 inhabitants. The treatment technology chosen is efficient and allows for variation in the water intake. It is compact and requires minimal labour for maintenance, and the effluent complies with the local regulations.
