Global warming and environmental issues had become common concerns around the world. As a result of these environmental alarms, the demand for high efficient buildings with marginal impacts has been increased exponentially. In addition, the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and energy assessments tools could have a significant contribution for selecting proper materials and components with lower impact on the total energy consumption of buildings.
