Memoria, reparación simbólica y arte: la memoria como parte de la verdad (Tema Central)

Description: The article reflects on the duty of the state and Colombian society in the construction of historical and collective memory as part of the duties to the victims of the armed conflict within the framework of integral reparation, the right to the truth and the fulfillment of the measures of satisfaction and non-repetition, in these last two measures emphasizes how art plays a fundamental role in the symbolic reparation, in the recovery of memory and the dignification of the victims of the Colombian armed conflict through photography , painting and counter-monuments. El artículo reflexiona sobre el deber del Estado y la sociedad colombiana en la construcción de la memoria histórica y colectiva como parte de los deberes hacia las víctimas del conflicto armado, en el marco de la reparación integral, el derecho a la verdad y el cumplimiento de las medidas de satisfacción y no repetición. En estas dos últimas medidas se hace hincapié en cómo el arte juega un papel fundamental en la reparación simbólica, en la recuperación de la memoria y la dignificación de las víctimas del conflicto armado colombiano a través de la fotografía, la pintura y los contramonumentos.
