El Proceso educativo y sus alternativas tecnológicas frente al COVID 19 en el Ecuador, el MINEDUC (Ministerio de Educación y Cultura de Ecuador) elabora medidas de bio seguridad, con la finalidad de controlar los contagios como estrategia principal se dio el cierre de las instituciones educativas, NNA(Niños niñas y adolescentes) tuvieron que acogerse a la educación virtual generada en base el uso de las TICs manteniendo una relación entre docente-estudiante y dando continuidad al proceso educativo, mediante la información obtenida no todos los estudiantes tienen la facilidad de acceder a los instrumentos tecnológicos muchos de ellos por situación económica, desconocimiento tecnológico y ubicación domiciliaria (zonas rurales). Al presentarse como un problema emergente social es necesario investigar esta temática y estar al tanto de los cambios y medidas que generó esta pandemia. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar las alternativas tecnológicas, en el proceso educativo frente al COVID 19 en el Ecuador, el cual permitirá conocer las distintas herramientas, metodologías e instrumentos tecnológicos y plataformas virtuales creadas para educar desde casa. La metodología fue planteada en base a investigaciones bibliográficas de fuentes verídicas: Google académico, Redalyc, Scielo, artículos científicos, documentos web, videos, artículos de revista y libros virtuales, con la finalidad de indagar la realidad social educativa que presenta esta emergencia sanitaria. Por lo que se concluye que las tecnologías pueden romper barreras de distancia, el cual permite cumplir con las diferentes actividades educativas y laborales desde casa, siendo de gran importancia en los diferentes ámbitos sociales.
The educational process and its technological alternatives to COVID 19 in Ecuador. The MINEDUC (Ministry of Education and Culture of Ecuador) elaborates biosecurity measures in order to control contagion. As the main strategy, it was used the closure of educational institutions, and children and adolescents had to embrace virtual education based on the use of ICTs, maintaining a relationship teacher-student and giving continuity to the educational process. According to the information obtained, not all students have easy access to technology, most of them due to their economic situation, lack of technological knowledge, and their location (rural areas). As this is an emerging social problem, it is necessary to investigate it and to be aware of the changes and measures generated during this pandemic. The objective of this research is to analyze the technological alternatives in the educational process in the COVID 19 context in Ecuador, which will allow to know the different tools, methodologies, technological instruments and virtual platforms created to educate at home. The methodology was proposed based on bibliographic research of specialized sources such as Google Scholar, Redalyc, Scielo, scientific articles, web documents, videos, magazine articles and virtual books, in order to investigate the educational social reality presented by this health emergency. Therefore it was concluded that technologies can break distance barriers, which allows the fulfillment of different educational and work activities at home, being of great importance in different social environments.
