La educación es considerada como un derecho fundamental para el ser humano a lo largo de su vida, el mismo que es reconocido en el marco jurídico internacional dentro de los Instrumentos Internacionales de Derechos Humanos y el Ordenamiento Jurídico Nacional, este derecho implica que debe ser garantizado para toda persona, sin excepción o razón alguna, puesto que todos los seres humanos son titulares de derechos, dentro de esta protección se encuentran también las personas privadas de libertad que son merecedores de los mismos ya que son determinantes, tan importante como la educación la misma que tiene que ser de calidad sin limitación o discriminación alguna, pero aún con este reconocimiento en la actualidad se puede visualizar un panorama distinto, puesto que la situación de algunos Centros de Rehabilitación Social no es alentadora. Dentro de esta investigación se aplicó el método Histórico-Lógico que conllevo a permitir el análisis de bibliografías, teorías, leyes, estableciendo de esta manera el Presunto incumplimiento del eje educativo en la rehabilitación de los PPL en el "CRS Turi".
Education is considered a fundamental right of human beings throughout their lives, which is also recognized in the international legal framework in the International Human Rights Instruments and the National Legal System. This right implies that it must be guaranteed to every person, without exception or reason, since all human beings are rights holders. Within the framework of this protection, the people deprived of liberty (PDL) also deserve these rights since they are as important as education, which must be of high quality without any restriction or discrimination. However, despite this recognition, the current picture is different, as the situation of some Social Rehabilitation Centers is not encouraging. Within this research, the Historical-Logical method was applied, which allowed analyzing bibliographies, theories, and laws, in order to identify the alleged non-compliance with the educational axis in the rehabilitation of the PDL in the SRF TURI.
