La misión de este proceso investigativo y práctico es recuperar la pintura a base de aceite de lino sobre revoques de cal y arena, este material fue muy utilizado antiguamente, su tiempo de duración era óptimo en comparación a las pinturas actuales. La importancia de la investigación es retomar el uso de esta pintura tomando en cuenta sus beneficios, sobre todo si hablamos de mantener el equilibrio ambiental y tiempo de duración. Por los motivos expuestos se realizó una visita al sector Tres de Noviembre, donde existe una construcción que reúne las características para proceder a la aplicación de la prueba. Continuando con la ejecución del proyecto, se realizó el análisis bibliográfico sobre los elementos que componen la pintura con aglutinante de aceite de linaza, que luego del análisis en el laboratorio se determinó que las medidas y volúmenes eran las correctas. Luego para avanzar al trabajo de campo con la aplicación de la pintura, más los ensayos de rendimiento para finalizar con las conclusiones sobre las dosificaciones exactas para obtener los colores marfil y chocolate los mismos que se evidencian en el material fotográfico anexado en el proyecto. \nFinalmente, el presente estudio promueve el uso de la pintura con base de linaza en las viviendas que sean revocadas con cal de arena que aún quedan en nuestra ciudad, despertando así en estudiantes y docentes, el interés por retomar y conservar esta técnica, que fue tan utilizada hace algún tiempo y que promueve el equilibrio ambiental.
The goal of this investigative and practical process is to recover the use of paint based on linseed oil on lime and sand plasters, this material was widely used, its duration was ideal compared to current paintings. The significance of the research is to resume the use of this painting considering its benefits, especially about maintaining the duration and environmental balance. For the stated reasons, a visit was made to the Tres de Noviembre Sector, where a building has the characteristics to proceed whit the application of the test. Continuing with the project execution, a bibliographic analysis was carried out on the composition elements of the paint with linseed oil, and after the laboratory analysis, it was established that the measurements and volumes were correct. Then advancing to the field work with the treatment of the paint, plus performance trials to end with the conclusions on exact dosages for ivory and chocolate colors which was supported by the photographic material attached to the project. Finally, the current study promotes the use of paint based on linseed oil in homes that are plastered with lime and sand that still remains in our city, thus awakening in students and teachers the interest to retake and preserve this technique, that was so used time ago and which promotes environmental balance.
