El éxito o fracaso de las empresas depende de las decisiones que se tome en determinado momento, ya sea para resolver un problema o aprovechar una oportunidad.\nLa constructora busca ser una empresa más eficiente y rentable, que genere beneficios a sus dueños.\nLa empresa constructora “CONSTRUCCIONES L Y L CONSTRUCCIÓN CIVIL”, inicio sus actividades el 2 de Mayo de 1996 en Paute, siendo su principal actividad económica lo relacionado a la de ingeniería civil.\nSe han presentado debilidades en la institución que afectan el proceso administrativo de la misma, tales como las unidades administrativas que desconocen las metas de la empresa y por ende no trabajan en función de ellas, inexistencia de normas y procedimientos de un sistema de evaluación al personal de administración.
The success or the failure of an enterprise depend on the decisions that be taken in a determined moment; in order to resolve a problem or take advantage of an opportunity.\nThe building company searches to be a more efficient and rentable company, that generates benefits to the owners.\nThe building Company “CONSTRUCIONES LY L CONSTRUCCIÓN CIVIL”, began its activities on May 2, 1996 in Paute, being its principal economic activities the Civil Engineering.\nSome weaknesses are present in the institutions which affect the administrative process of it. One of them is related with the administrative units which does not know the goals of the company and for this reason they do not work to achieve them; the other deficiency is the absence of rules and policy for an evaluation system to the administrative staff.
